"Kate gets two thumbs up! I would give her more if I had more thumbs. She began lining up open houses and showing the home very quickly and we had offers the first week! Kate placed a higher value on the home which helped us to get more money than any other realtor offered. After the sale and before closing she made sure we were kept up-to-date and answered all our questions/concerns. Kate is a top-notch professional."

"Kate was the first (and only) agent to respond to a web inquiry we made in July 2017 on our first scouting trip to the Charleston area to find a home. She showed us a bunch of great homes the very next day and continued to work with us via email while we sold our house back in Virginia. She helped us understand the different areas of town and gave us great advice about specifics in SC since we were moving here for the first time. She also stayed on top of the home-builder as they prepared our new home, and was always super communicative and got us a great deal with all the extras we wanted in our home. Even after we closed, Kate checked in on us and made sure all our punch list items were finished. We can't say enough about how much we loved working with Kate. "I was living out of state when I decided to sell my rental property in Newnan. Being an active duty member of the AF, it was difficult for me to get back to town. Kate took over and staged my townhouse with no charge to me. My renters had done some damage that my property manager never informed me of, but Kate had the place looking great. I received multiple offers, including the cash offer that went through without a hitch. I could not have had an easier sale of my home. Kate is amazing and kept me informed on a daily basis."
